- Terminating accounts in cases of repeat or serious violations;
- Cooperating with law enforcement when required by law.
Seedr is a private cloud storage service. We do not routinely access or review user content. We may, however, access content when reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, respond to abuse reports, or investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may take action with or without prior notice based on the circumstances.
7. Child Safety and CSAM
Seedr has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. The presence of such material on our service violates this AUP and the law.
We reserve the right to deploy automated detection tools, including hash-matching against known CSAM databases, to identify such material on our infrastructure, and we may implement these tools at any time.
If CSAM is detected or reported on our service:
- The content is removed immediately;
- The account is terminated without notice;
- The incident may be reported to relevant child safety organizations and law enforcement authorities in the applicable jurisdiction, in accordance with our legal obligations;
- Account information may be preserved and disclosed to authorities as part of any investigation.
To report CSAM or child safety concerns on Seedr, contact childsafety@seedr.cc immediately.
