# How do I update the Seedr Connector?

Stop it, keep your config and state, replace the image or binary, and start it again.

1. Stop the Connector.
2. Keep your config and state folders.
3. Replace the image tag or the binary with the new version.
4. Start it again. With Docker Compose, run `docker compose pull && docker compose up -d`.
